摘 要
本文首先探讨了宋词英译的意义和文化翻译的重要性,指出在翻译宋词过程中考虑文化因素的必要性和紧迫性,然后以苏轼的词作为典型例子,从文化翻译进行分析研究,运用文化翻译的具体翻译策略进行解析,从而得出文化转向在翻译宋词中的重要作用。通过文化翻译来研究宋词的英译,既加深了不同文化之间的交流,又对翻译起到了一定的推动作用。

ABSTRACT
This paper first explores the significance of cultural translation theory and translating Song Ci. It points out the necessity and urgency of taking cultural elements into consideration in translation. Then several pieces of Song Ci composed by Su Shi are taken as typical examples for illustrating the importance of applying cultural turn in translation. Two translation strategies of cultural translation are discussed and used in analyzing Su Ci to reveal the significance of translating Ci from cultural perspective. By conducting researches on Ci translation from the angle of cultural turn, communications between different cultures are enhanced and contributions are made to translation at large too.
