Application of Faithfulness, Expressiveness and Elegance in the Translation of Tourist material
Abstract: This paper first analyzes significance and situation of tourist translation. Then, there is a literary review of the previous study abroad and domestic. The definition and development of the three standards are analyzed. Then, the author comes up with necessary combination and abandon of three-word standard of translation in translation by making a series of analysis, discussion and comparison. Further more, the misusing of translation is discussed and some advice is on how to improve the quality of tourist translation. In the end, the criteria of a balanced relationship of three words standards are concluded.
