Abstract
In the curriculum reform of English Teaching in primary schools, our primary school English Teaching is in the positive development, but there are also many problems need to be explored, such as improving the curriculum standards, the construction of teachers, teaching materials, teaching reform, the quality of regional balance, coordination of the teaching of middle school and primary school. In order to solve the problems of current education reform, it is very necessary to understand the origin, experience and lessons from the historical point of view. According to the primary school English teaching problems, this paper analyzes the history of the development of English Teaching in primary school in China in the past 10 years from the aspects of linguistics, pedagogy, psychology and social factors. Such as analysis of the characteristics of the development process, and this paper puts forward improvement suggestions and explores the best way for the development of English Teaching in primary school in China.
