摘要:随着对外开放的不断深入,市场竞争日趋激烈,外国零售商业业对我国零售业的影响和冲击日益增强,而如何改善我国零售业被“压”的状况已然成为市场健康发展的需要。本文通过对中国零售业进行分析考察,并对内外国零售业企业的优劣势进行的对比,从而提出从零售业规模、核心竞争力、经营业态、营销策略等七个方面来应对外资零售业给我国零售业带来的挑战。
