本文以企业人才流动现象发生的原因来划分员工离职的类别,通过对员工工作满意度的衡量、工作满意感与工作绩效的关系、员工需要与企业激励的关系进行对比,从而研究不同类别的人才流动现象对企业产生的影响,并探讨将这种影响降至最低的解决方法,从而推动企业稳定、健康的发展。
