浅谈我国企业在绩效管理中存在的问题及对策 -----民营企业薪酬制度对员工工作激励效果分析
摘要
随着知识经济的日益发展和市场竞争的不断加剧,越来越多的企业注重通过人才的竞争来获取更强的竞争优势。薪酬激励已成为人力资源管理的重要方面,面对如今的经济形势,加强薪酬的激励性、合理利用运营成本显得尤为重要。激励是企业管理的核心,而薪酬激励又是企业激励机制中最重要的激励手段。本文分析了影响企业员工薪酬激励效果的主要因素,揭示了我国民营企业薪酬制度的现状和主要问题及其深层次的原因,提出了可操作的优化策略。
