基于MasterCAM的曲面数控加工编程
摘 要
本设计讨论了国内外机械制造业的发展趋势，提出了机械制造业的发展方向，从中发现了曲面加工限制了机械制造业的发展，可是曲面加工对机械制造业的发展来说非常重要，因此我对曲面数控加工方面的一些方法和操作进行了初步的研究。
针对曲面数控加工中存在的难点和重点，利用MasterCAM软件进行相关的设计和开发，并对其中的一些工艺设计和操作给出了优化设定方法，最后给出模拟结果和对应的数控加工程序。本设计对利用MasterCAM进行曲面数控加工具有一定的参考意义。

Programming of Surface CNC Machining based on MasterCAM
Abstract
The design discussed the development trend of domestic and foreign machinery manufacturers, machinery manufacturers raised the development direction, and found the surface machining limit the development of machines, but the surface machining on the development of machines is very important, therefore I have a number of surface machining methods and operations aspects of a preliminary study.
This article make a preliminary study in the surface NC machining methods and operations of some aspects , for the existence of surface machining difficulties and focus on the use of MasterCAM software design and development-related, and some of the process design and operation are given optimal setting method, simulation results are given and the corresponding NC program. The design for the use of MasterCAM CNC machining surface has a certain reference value.
