摘要
激励机制的有效运用,可有助于企业吸引优秀人才的加入,激励员工更加努力地工作,更好地发挥创造力,提高企业的经济效益。  
企业要想在激烈的竞争中持续、健康地发展,必须降低成本,提高管理效能,必须有一套自己人的管理方法,企业第一资源要素是人力资源,是产生核心竞争力的关键。企业要吸引优秀人才的加入,要激励自己的员工更加努力地工作,更好地发挥创造力,提高企业的经济效益,就需要灵活有效地运用激励理论,激励机制的科学运用与否,直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏,关系到企业的长足发展,企业核心竞争力不断增强。
