摘要
人力资源是现代社会经济的战略性资源,也是组织发展的最关键的因素,在经济高速发展的21世纪,如何运用好激励机制已成为人力资源管理工作中的重要内容。中小企业内部选拔、外部选聘人才方面分析,借人之才,用人之力,注重人才的柔性激励有利于吸引、开发和留住人才。所谓柔性泛指适应变化的能力和特征,反应灵活、行动迅速、根据周围的环境、机会的变化而调整思想,避开威胁,改变策略。古人云:他山之石,可以攻玉。管理者若能把握好激励机制运用的时效性和度,将会吸引优秀的人才,将其智慧和力量为己所用,使其聪明才智为企业的发展和进步起到良好的促进作用。与此同时,管理者的精力也将从繁杂的日常事务中解脱出来,思考和解决更重要的问题。
