摘要:在如今高速发展的社会,企业间为了争夺更多的市场,而保险这个特殊的行业,保险销售人员无疑是企业间竞争的最大的依靠。绩效考核体系是一种有效的企业管理手段,可以充分调动员工的工作积极性,在一定程度上可以凝聚员工,因此建立一个科学的、合理的绩效考核体系可以为企业在这激烈的环境抢夺更多的市场份额,而且还可以提高员工的销售业绩。
