摘要
当今世界,开放和竞争已经成为经济发展的主流,特别是全球经济的一体化和国际互联网技术的广泛应用,企业之间的竞争将变得日趋加剧。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就要具备自身独有的核心竞争力。构筑企业发展核心竞争力靠的是人。人力资源的竞争力是通过提高人力资本的价值,来促进企业社会效益和经济效益的提高。要想提高人力资本的价值,就必须充分调动员工的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,或者说,必须有一套完善的、可行的、便于操作的人力资源激励机制,而绩效考核和薪酬体系建设则是建立有效的人力资源激励机制的重要环节,因为这是其他环节如聘任、培训、奖惩、职务任用与升降等正确实施的基础与依据。
