摘 要
房地产业目前已成为国年经济的支柱产业,是国家财富的重要组成部分。随着市场经济的快速发展和城市建设规划步伐的加快,中国的房地产业得到了快速发展,同时房地产权益保护不足也越来越引起社会的关注,因此只有加强完善房地产权属登记制度,才能确实保证公民财产权益。
本文通过论述我国现行房地产权属登记制度的相关规定及特点,对比国外房地产权属登记制度的相关规定,总结规归纳现行房地产权属登记制度存在的问题及原因,探讨就如何完善我国房地产权属登记制度,提出相关意见和建议。
我国应尽快完善我国现行房地产权属登记制度,制定房地产统一登记法,统一房地产权属登记机构;健全登记机关责任赔偿制度等。
