中国农业银行股利政策分析
[摘 要]股利政策、融资决策、投资决策并称为上市公司的三大财务管理决策，在公司的日常经营活动中有着非常重要的地位。其中，股利政策作为公司管理层的关注焦点，关系着公司和股东的根本利益。而且股利分配作为公司理财的重要环节，与公司的未来发展密切相关，直接或间接地影响整个股市的变化和发展。这篇文章首先对股利政策的基本理论进行了陈述，然后分析了我国上市公司中国农业银行股利分配政策中存在的问题，最后提出规范我国上市公司中国农业银行股利分配的一些合理的建议。
论文采用案例分析的方法，综合运用相关理论，通过从各种文献获得的大量资料作为研究基础，通过以中国农业银行的案例作为基础，结合具体现状，较为细致地梳理、归纳、总结了中国农业银行股利政策选择的现状、成因以及对策，得出了股利分配的多少不但要和企业的盈利和财务状况相适应，而且还应该根据商业周期、经济政策、企业发展阶段等因素的影响的结果和重要的结论。
