[摘要]
财务管理目标又称理财目标，是指企业进行财务活动所要达到的根本目的，它决定着企业财务管理的基本方向。企业财务管理目标对整个企业管理活动具有根本性的影响。企业在社会经济领域发挥着越来越重要的作用，其财务管理的水平和能力对企业影响深远。因此，确立企业财务管理目标是明确现代理财思想、建立现代理财方法和措施必须考虑的问题。本文从企业财务管理目标的不同观点出发，针对现阶段理论界的财务管理目标的主流观点，分析了企业在运行过程中确立自身财务管理目标时存在的问题，在此基础上，分析了企业确立财务管理目标的原则及现实意义，最后提出了自己的看法，以企业价值最大化作为企业财务管理目标有其合理性和可实现性。
