内容摘要：在当前社会主义市场经济条件下，会计诚信缺失已经成为制约我国经济协调健康发展的瓶颈，许多专家学者也提出了诸多解决这一问题的方法，本文试从对会计诚信的重要性和当前会计诚信缺失的主客观原因等角度进行分析，并提出自己对如何加强会计诚信体系建设的几点看法,主要包括有: (一)加快会计准则的研究和制订，减少会计虚假信息的空间；(二)加强司法和政府监管力度，发挥法律和行政力量；(三)完善公司的治理结构；(四)建立健全民事赔偿制度，加大会计信息造假成本；(五)加强社会监督与评价机制，发挥社会力量；(六)实施会计诚信工程，强化诚信教育。

Content abstract: It has become the restriction bottleneck of the economic coordinative healthy development of our country that under the condition of socialist market economy, accounting sincerity is short of to lose, a lot of expert scholars have also put forward many method of solving this problem , the examination of this paper, from now accounting sincerity and the importance for accounting sincerity, is short of the angles such as main objective reason that lost to carry out analysis, and suggest how self has for strengthening the view of a few of accounting sincerity system construction and including mainly: ( one ) the quickly accounting research of norm with work out , reduce the space of accounting false information; ( 2 ) reinforced judicial and government superintendency intensity, develop legal and administrative strength; ( 3 ) perfect company administer structure; ( 4 ) establishment sound civil compensation system, add meeting sum information fake-products production cost; ( 5 ) reinforced social supervisor with appraisement mechanism, develop social strength; ( 6 ) enforcement accounting sincerity project, strengthen sincerity education.
