医院住院管理信息系统
摘 要
现代生活的节奏日趋变快,人们的身体也承受越来越大的压力,病痛住院的情况时常出现,大大加重了医院的住院管理难度。随着医院规模的大型化,传统的住院管理需要大量的人力来做繁琐的入院手续,病床管理,出院管理等工作,非常麻烦,而且由于手工操作,非常容易出错。随着计算机的普及及计算机性能的提高,使用计算机系统来管理医院的常规运作已经成为必然。同时,用计算机进行管理可以大大的节约医院的成本,降低人为的误操作,提高工作效率,给医院和病人同时带来巨大的方便。本系统是在这个背景下利用PowerBuilder 9.0 (以下简称PB)开发的,将先进的计算机技术和现代医院的管理结合起来,实现病人住院的信息化管理。
本文概述了医院住院管理信息系统中入院管理,病床管理,出院管理子系统的实现过程。并完成了整个系统的设计,通过本系统可以实现记录病人的信息,提供查询等一系列简单的工作,从而大大节约医院的管理支出。

Hospitalization Management Information System
Abstract
Due to the higher-speeding rhythm of modern life, the pressure that people's physical life bear become bigger and bigger. As a result, the condition that people being ill in hospital appears frequently, which added the difficulty for the management of hospital greatly. With a larger scale of hospital, the traditional management in being in hospital needs large amount of manpower to cope with businesses like trivial procedures of entering hospital, administration of sickbed and leaving hospital. It is not only troublesome, but also very likely to make mistakes because of operating by hand. Along with the computers’ popularization and functional enhancement, it has already become necessary to use computer system to manage hospitals’ routine operation. Simultaneously, managing with computer can save the cost greatly, reduce the man-made mistake in operation and increase working efficiency, therefore bring enormous convenience to hospital and its patients. This system is developed by making use of PowerBuilder 9.0 (to be called PB for short) under this background. It has realized informationized management of patients in hospital by combining advanced computer technique and modern hospital administration together. This text has summarized the subsystems’ realizing process for entering hospital administration, sickbed administration, leaving hospital administration in Information system of enter-hospital management. Furthermore, it has accomplished the entire design of system. Through this system, a series of simple jobs such as recording information of patients and providing inquiry etc. can be realized; thereby the disburses of hospital administration could be saved dramatically.
