摘 要
随着我国经济的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，随之而来的物质文化需求也越来越高。为满足和丰富人们的这种需要，一种休闲娱乐行业也孕育而生，并且不断的在发展。现在，几乎每个城市里都可以看到各种休闲娱乐中心。其中的娱乐项目之多，诸如：喝茶、桑拿、推油、药疗、住宿等。在头三年里，各个休闲娱乐中心都还几乎是用手工做账、安排上钟工作人员上岗也是用手排，不但工作起来非常繁锁，而且在统计数据、查询记录等操作也非常不便。可喜的是，随着计算机的飞速发展，计算机的应用已涉入各个行业，无所不包。休闲中心也慢慢地在转变之中，实现了计算机自动化操作。休闲管理系统正是为了满足这个行业的需要而开发的，集会员管理、排钟、收银、作账等几大功能于一体的管理系统，可以使休闲中心的一些人员安排、收银及作账工作量大大减轻。
在根据一般的娱乐场所的管理系统功能之上，进行了详细地需要分析之后，确定了包括：开卡，消费单据的录入，删除，查找，浏览，会员管理，后台管理，报表打印等基本功能，再加上排钟为重点的功能。因为这是一种典型的信息管理系统（MIS），少不了一些数据库的基本操作功能，于是采用了DELPHI+MS-SQL SERVER2000的组合，在开发的时候非常方便。

ABSTRACT
As the development and constantly improve of people's living standards, the material and cultural needs become higher and higher. To meet and enrich people's need for this, a leisure and entertainment industry is also prosperous, and constantly in development. Now, almost every city includes all kinds of leisure entertainment centre. The number of entertainment projects, such as tea bar, sauna, medication, accommodation and so on. In the first three years, the various entertainment managements are also almost done by hand accounts, the arrangements for staff posts is also ranked by hand, not only work together very trivial, but also in statistics, records, etc. for operation is also very inconvenient. The good news is that, with the rapid development of computers, computer applications have been involved in the industry, all-encompassing. Leisure centres are slowly changing, and a computer automation. Leisure Management System is to meet the needs of the industry's development, members of the management set, ranked the cash register, for several major accounts, and other functions in one of the management system that can enable a number of leisure centre staff arrangements, and make the cash register account the greatly convenient.
In accordance with general entertainment system on the management, the functions must include: a card, spending bill entry, delete, view, management of members and other basic functions such as printing statements. Because this is a typical management information system (MIS), some of the basic operating functions of the database was used DELPHI + MS-SQL SERVER2000 combination.
