内 容 摘 要
随着我国信息技术的飞速发展,互联网技术在保险业中也得到了广泛应用。保险业是一种传统的金融行业,为了适应技术进步以及市场需求,保险业中的内部管理、营销系统管理以及服务领域已经把电子商务进行推广应用。运用各种应用技术,推广出了各种电子商务业务模式,依照各家公司的实际情况以及要求,开发出来了很多种专门的解决方案。在中国人民保险公司的经历让我了解了保险电子商务。保险电子上午是一种电话、网络保险交易活动。保险公司通过电话联系客户或者在网上发布保险产品信息,客户通过网络货比三家,选择一家符合自身保险需求情况、知名度高、服务质量有保障或者是价格优惠力度高的保险公司投保。
