内 容 摘 要
随着我国鼓励农村金融发放小额信贷,并按新增农村小额信贷余额对农村金融机构进行财政补贴,作为农村金融主力军的农村信用社,创造性地推出了具有农村信用社特色的信贷品牌“农户小额信用贷款”,它不仅解决了农民贷款难和信用社难贷款的问题,而且为农村经济的快速发展起到了积极推动作用。但是,在各农村信用社大力推广小额农贷的过程中,也面临着一些亟待解决的问题,已成为制约小额农贷的深入推广的“瓶颈”,品牌创新还需要继续深化。
