内 容 摘 要
本文从中小企业财务管理现状出发,指出财务管理体系对企业长远发展的重要性,并从中小企业财务管理中存在的一些突出问题进行分析,比如企业缺乏健全的会计制度,账务处理资料的归集保存等不完善,会计信息不及时不准确等为企业的决策提供错误的数据,为此中小企业的可持续性发展急需规范的财务管理体系来实现,不断规范账务处理,审批流程,拓宽企业融资渠道等,促进企业的良性发展。
