【摘 要】随着经济的不断发展进步,竞争的不断加剧,而这竞争究其本原则是人才的竞争。人力资源管理是20世纪80年代以来组织用来提升员工各项技能的重要活动。组织往往通过招聘获得自己想要的人才,但是如何使得员工更为切合企业需求培训成为必不可少的环节。培训是为了组织人力资源有了更好的发展也成为人力资源管理的核心内容。 本文以现行我国企业人力资源培训存在的突出问题作为分析入口,探讨了完善我国企业人力资源培训的措施。
