内 容 摘 要
在现代市场经济条件下,企业之间的竞争,无论是管理的竞争还是科技、资源、财金等的竞争,归根结底还是人才的竞争,如何吸引、留住人才,使企业的人力资本发挥最大的功效,成为了现代企业的重要命题之一。本文从人力资源的角度评价研究企业招聘效果,并融合市场营销、管理学、成本会计、金融学、西方经济学等理念进行多方位研究,视薪酬等为招聘的“核心产品”,将定价、促销策略、营销渠道、“以顾客为中心”等理念贯穿于人力资源招聘活动中,使企业的人力资源招聘工作多元化,促进企业人力资源管理与招聘的发展
