人力资源管理是一门新兴的学科,20世纪90年代中期,人力资源管理这一门学科被中国企业界或者政界所认识并从广州、深证等发达地区开始发展。而在市场经济的大力发展,政府政策的扶持下,我国的民营企业得到了空前的发展与壮大,但弊端也逐渐凸显。在新时代新经济的背景下,企业想要立足于市场中长盛不衰,就必须提高对人力资源能力素质的要求,构建强有力的管理团队,优化企业内部的组织架构。本篇论文将对民营企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行深入的剖析,找出其不足进而提出相应的解决办法。
