现代市场环境变化迅速,以往企业所面临的环境正发生着巨大变化,传统的组织结构已渐渐不能满足现代企业制度的需要,必须进行组织结构变革;政府机构改革是我国政治体制改革的重要组成部分,为适应新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的现实需要,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,必须进行政府机构改革。本文是从组织变革和政府机构改革的发展趋势,以及如何更好的推进组织变革和政府机构改革做浅显的论述。
