内 容 摘 要
【摘要】: 家族企业历史悠久,是经济社会中最为普遍的组织形式。改革开放以来,我国家族企业快速发展,目前,家族式企业在世界各国广泛存在并有顽强的生命力,而且在在世界各国经济中都有着举足轻重的地位。但随着家族式企业自身的不断发展壮大,其家族式的管理问题也愈加显露,特别是财务管理的不科学、混乱严重阻碍了家族企业的进一步发展。主要表现为裙带关系严重,不善于使用资金,融资遭遇瓶颈,盲目投资等,这些问题已经成为家族企业进一步发展的羁绊。财务管理师现代家族企业管理的基础和核心,家族企业应当认真分析在财务管理方面的一些问题,必须提高企业主、财会人员的财务管理意识及综合素质、积极扩展融资渠道,注重财务预算管理和项目科学决策等。
