内 容 摘 要
当今企业经营环境复杂多变,全球性市场竞争空前广泛激烈,企业管理者的行为无时无刻不涉及到战略问题。于是质量成本管理应运而生.质量和成本都涉及到企业的核心竞争力。     研究的目的在于:(1)纠正传统质量成本观的缺陷,澄清质量成本的概念,为经营者设定正确适宜的质量成本项目和找到真实全面的质量成本提供依据;(2)为经营者找到挖掘企业潜力,持续降低成本和不断提升产品质量的最佳途径;(3)为经营者确定"合理的质量水平"提供决策依据;(4)深化现有质量成本管理的模式和理论.通过研究,达到上述目的,也就达到该文研究的最终目的所在. 关键字:质量成本,合理质量,过剩质量,过剩质量成本,不足成本,无效质量,不必要质。     如何进行质量成本预测和计划,怎样进行有效的控制、核算、考核、分析和报告,如何确定质量成本的合理结构,并通过分析为决策者找到"合理质量点",即是顾客满意度点,最后运用了定性分析和定量分析方法对质量成本管理体系的有效性进行评价量。
