内容摘要:随着对外开放进一步深入,保险市场竞争进一步加剧,从低层次的价格竞争逐步转向更高层次的服务竞争。保险行业作为特殊的金融服务行业,服务有着特殊的重要性。所以,通过服务打造竞争优势,铸就核心竞争能力是势所必然,规律使然的明智选择。而核心竞争力的基础,是保险企业的文化建设。企业文化建设,应以人为本;诚信作为立业之基;创新作为发展动力;客户满意作为目标;和谐作为永续基础。带头规范经营,自觉维护保险市场秩序、内强素质、外树形象、致力打造特色的企业文化,则是保险企业文化建设的总体方向和目标。并以此作为推动力,最终实现保险企业各项战略目标。
