内 容 摘 要
自改革开放以来,西部地区人力资源在数量控制上取得了显著成就,劳动力受教育程度逐步提高,劳动力结构也不断地得到优化,为西部地区经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但就目前西部地区所承担的经济重任和可持续发展的压力看,人力资源存在的一系列问题制约着西部经济的发展。为了更具体深入研究西部人力资源开发与管理中的问题,切实改善我国西部地区的人力资源开发与管理的现状,本文在探讨了西部地区人力资源开发的意义、现状和问题的基础上,提出了加快西部地区人力资源开发和优化配置的对策建议。
