内 容 摘 要
随着经济与科技的高速发展,人们对于生活必需品的品质与消费的体验感都有了更高的要求。能够为人们提供实惠与便利的连锁超市孕育而生,并在引进国内的这二十几年时间当中得到了迅猛发展。然而在近几年从外资超市、便利店及电商涌来的压力使得连锁超市市场严重萎缩,不得不让人担忧。由于连锁超市的发展对于我国拉动内需有着不可取代的作用,所以连锁超市的经营管理必须严肃内省。本文着重研究现今我国连锁超市的问题并且给出一些对应的解决对策。
