【摘要】
创业带来的财富和荣誉是工薪阶层的数倍甚至成百上千倍,以致无数带有传奇色彩的创业英雄越来越成为现代人的标榜。在现代中国经济的大好环境下,创业的机会越来越多,小有所成的大有人在,而能脱颖而出、鹤立鸡群并持续发展的屈指可数,究其原因关键在于创业者是否能够完成从创业者到职业经理人的角色转换。同样一个好的职业经理人可能在文化素质,管理知识、规范运作方面是专家,比老板更胜一筹,但在创业的资源整合、艰苦奋斗、意志力、勇气与冒险精神等方面来讲,可能不如创业者或一些民营企业家。
本文通过研究创业者和职业经理人的角色特点,探讨创业者与职业经理人的角色转换机制,结合企业不同阶段的特点,进一步研究角色互换的因素、转换形式,最后提出角色转换的相关建议。
