[摘要] 新时期下我国面临的国际形势,发达国家经济技术优势的压力,经济主权和经济安全受到挑战,为能较好地适应并利用全球化带来的有利条件发展本国经济,2001年,我国正式加入世贸组织,这给我国对外贸易带来新机遇、新挑战。我们能否充分利用这一有利的因素发展我国对外贸易,关键在于借鉴其他国家的成功例子,结合自己的实际,在新时期下转变对外贸易战略,从而加快我国经济发展的步伐。从以下几个方面论述了我国新时期对外贸易的发展战略:我国对外贸易的发展过程;我国对外贸易的现状;新时期下我国应采用的对外贸易战略。
