内 容 摘 要
我国这几年的经济发展极其迅速,08年成功举办了奥运会后,使得国民经济迅速发展,出口及进口的速度加快。在这种局面下,我国的国有企业面临着中小企业及外国投资企业的威胁。我国国有企业面临着内部高负债率、冗员多、社会负担重、摊派严重、员工积极性不高等原因,陷入了发展的困境,效益逐年下滑,亏损面逐年增大的。我国针对国企所面临的困境采取深化国有资产管理体制,国企改革以大企业、以产权多元化和治理结构为中心,国企改革与资本市场的改革同步进行等一些有效改革及措施,努力解决国企所面临的困境。经过多年的国企改革,取得了一定的成效,积累了不少经验,我国国企改革由国情而定。国企改革面临的任务依然紧迫而艰巨。我国的国企改革选择了一条渐进式的改革道路,渐进式改革有利也有弊,渐进式改革也不是无限期进行的。
