员工“跳槽”现象分析研究
内 容 摘 要
我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,使社会各阶层更加深入地融入经济全球化的浪潮中。企业在面临新的发展机遇的同时,也面临更加激烈的竞争。其中,人才的竞争是最重要的因素。另一方面,部分企业离职率的上升或许可以说明问题。职工就业的猛增,既是改革开放的历史背景,也是产业结构变化的影响,也是经济全球化和“计算机化”的推动。由于多数企业面临规模小、工资低、人力资源管理不科学、企业文化缺失、员工素质普遍不高等诸多问题,员工跳槽频繁,企业受损严重。过度投资于员工的工作对个人和企业来说都是一种资源浪费。尤其是关键人物或员工的岗位变动、员工集体用工的变动,都会对公司造成巨大的损害,甚至丧失经营能力。人员流动危及部分企业的正常发展。如今,换工作已成为企业不可避免的现象。据调查,大多数人找工作的原因是发展飞跃、续集飞跃、挖楔子飞跃、逐利飞跃等等。梳理员工换工作的原因,讨论解决员工换工作问题的可能方法或行动,并提出一些个人建议,以期解决一些问题。
