我过民营经济从无到有,从小到大,已经发展成为国民经济的重要力量。目前我国民营经济占国内生产总值的比重已超过30%,在一些一般性竞争领域,更是超过了70%。时至今日,以民间投资为主的固定资产投资格局已全面替代政府为主投资模式。与此同时,民营经济为吸纳就业做出了重要贡献,有资料表明国有企业的下岗职工中有65%在民营企业实现了再就业。民营企业已经成为我过劳动力就业的重要渠道。民营经济的发展促进了大量农村剩余劳动力从第一产业向第二、三产业转移,为国有企业下岗职工提供了再就业岗位。民营经济的新增就业量占全社会新增就业比重继续上升,仍然是增加就业的主渠道。民营经济在投资、纳税、创汇以及科技开发等方面也发挥了重要作用。
尽管民营经济发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但也还存在一些困难和问题,从目前民营企业存在的问题看有以下几点。
