一、引言
在经济高速发展的环境下,商业环境的变化也越来越快,企业为了生存和发展,都制定了一条必胜之路。企业的成功,已经不单单依靠瞬间即逝的产品开发。而是资源和智力运作的综合结果。如今,企业的核心竞争力已经成为企业持续竞争的源泉。
二、什么是核心竞争力
(一)核心竞争力的定义:
核心竞争力是一个企业(人才,国家或者参与竞争的个体)等够长期获得竞争优势的能力。是企业所特有的、等够经的起时间考验的、具有延展性,并且是竞争对手难以模仿的技术或能力。
