浅论中小企业人才机制建设
[摘 要]本文主要论述了浦江金瑞4S店在市场经济体制下,针对开放的激烈的国内外竞争,如何牢牢抓住人才竞争这一重心,继续加强和完善中小企业的激励机制建设,从而有效地吸引人才、留住人才、防止人才流失及更好地调动人才的积极性以实现提高中小企业竞争能力和长足发展能力的目标管理。具体从引才机制、留才机制、用才机制以及自我人才培养等四个方面,从物质激励和精神激励两个方向,从直接实物获取和间接增值两种途径,多层次多渠道地实现中小企业人才战略机制的完善。
