我国家电制造业核心能力培育初探

[摘 要]本文从核心能力的特征入手，分析了我国家电制造业核心能力的现状，并结合我国家电制造业的核心能力的构成要素，着重论述了该如何培育我国家电制造业的核心能力。作者认为，核心能力培育的关键是整合企业各个层次的资源、方法和技巧。

ABSTRACT

This paper first summaries the character of the core competence and then has analysed the present situation of the core competence of the household appliances manufacturing industry of our country emphatically , and combining the characteristic of the core competence of the household appliances manufacturing industry of our country, have discussed how to cultivate this core competence of the household appliances manufacturing industry of our country. Author thinks that the key of core competence that cultivated is to join skills, methods and the resources of enterprise every level.
