上市公司融资影响因素理论与实证分析

[摘 要]运用统计中的多元线性回归分析对影响安徽省上市公司融资行为的主要因素进行分析并从理论上加以说明。如何充分利用资本市场，筹集企业发展所需资金，为企业做大做强，提供足够的资金后盾，从而提升企业价值，是上市公司所面临的一个重要问题。文章从宏观和微观两个方面着手分析，给出了一些可行性对策。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the main influencing factors of financing behavior of listed companies in Anhui by multiple linear regression and illustrate it in theory. How to make full use of capital markets to raise the necessary funds, which provides sufficient funds backing for enterprises so as to make the enterprise bigger and stronger and enhance the enterprise value of listed companies in Anhui, is an important issue. The paper gives a number of feasible macro-and micro-Countermeasures.
