浅谈WTO对企业的影响

[摘要]   随着国际经济一体化进程的加快和贸易自由化的进一步发展，企业在国民经济发展过程中起着显著的作用，企业的兴衰决定着我国经济的繁荣与否，但是由于历史和现实的原因，我国企业在市场竞争中处于十分不利的地位，严重限制了它的发展。考虑到经济全球化和知识经济的影响、中国经济体制的改革、以及加入WTO，我国的企业将面临着严峻的挑战和难得的机遇。因此，如何改善企业的经营环境，促进企业的健康发展，使其成为我国在21世纪经济增长的又一亮点，已成为重中之重。在这种形势下，中国应当如何应对，成为当前一个迫切的问题。

[Abstract]   Along with international economy integration advancement speeding up with trade liberalization further development, enterprise is playing the remarkable role in the national economy developing process, enterprise prosperity and decline the are deciding our country economy prosperity or not, but as a result of historical and the reality reason, enterprise our country is at the extremely disadvantageous position in the market competition, seriously has limited its development. Considered the economical globalization and the knowledge economy influence, the China economic system reform, as well as will join WTO, our country enterprise is facing the stern challenge and the rare opportunity. Therefore, how improves enterprise the management environment, enterprise promotion health development, causes it to become our country an luminescent spot which grows in the 21st century economies, has become seriously center is heavy. Under this kind of situation, how does China have to be supposed to, to become the current urgent problem.
