论企业核心竞争力的研究
摘要
经济危机考验了我国企业的核心竞争力,然而危机是挑战也是机遇。应对经济危机我国企业应该重新审视战略的选择,构建核心竞争优势。经济危机考验的是企业的竞争力,能够在经济危机中生存和发展的必定是具有核心竞争力的企业。企业核心竞争力是企业赖以生存和发展的主要因素,如何使企业持续处于不败之地的关键所在。一个成功的企业必定有其核心能力,这种能力需要开发、培养、不断巩固以及更新,因为即使建立了核心竞争力,也还有可能再瓦解。如何保持企业的竞争力就成了企业经营管理中的重要问题。企业核心竞争力是企业通过对其组织资本和社会资本的有机结合与发挥,而能有效地获取、协调和配置各种资源和技术一体化的优势能力。也就是企业在所从事的行业中自身拥有的占优势地位的资源和能力。
本文从企业核心竞争力的现状出发,剖析我国企业缺乏核心竞争力的原因,力求探索出一条提高我国企业核心竞争力的途径对策,并以徐州部分企业为例加以说明。
