现阶段我国劳动就业存在的问题及相关对策

【摘要】:劳动就业既是一个经济问题，又是一个敏感的社会问题、中国的改革能不能最终取得成功，社会能不能保持稳定，很大程度上取决于我国劳动就业问题。因此，研究社会主义市场经济条件下的劳动就业问题，探讨增加就业的途径，具有十分重要的现实意义。
