摘要 兴平是以钢铁为主要事业的国有企业,有60年的开发历史。国有企业虽然光辉夺目,但由于近年来国内钢铁生产能力的过剩,兴平作为旧的国有企业,依然保持着传统的市场营销模式和企业文化,未能突破传统收益模式,如何解决企业面临的问题,改善企业文化建设是关键,帮助企业突破困境,探索可持续发展的作用。因此,本文以兴平为研究对象,利用企业文化的理论和经营的关联侧面分析兴平的企业文化,着重于兴平对企业文化的构建的探索,首先对本文的研究背景及意义进行简单介绍,然后多兴平公司的企业文化现状进行分析,包括企业形象标识、企业文化理念、企业精神和经营发展战略三方面,探索出兴平公司目前企业文化建设过程中面临的问题,最后以优化企业行为文化、提高企业文化与企业经营战略的契合度、创新管理机制巩固制度文化建设、加速员工价值观念的改变提升企业文化软实力四方面对兴平公司的企业文化建设提出了优化策略。 关键词:企业文化;文化评估;奎因模型
Abstract Xingping is a state-owned enterprise mainly engaged in iron and steel industry, with a history of 60 years. Although the state-owned enterprises are brilliant, due to the surplus of domestic iron and steel production capacity in recent years, Xingping, as an old state-owned enterprise, still maintains the traditional marketing mode and enterprise culture, and fails to break through the traditional income model. How to solve the problems faced by enterprises and improve the construction of enterprise culture is the key to help enterprises break through the difficulties and explore the role of sustainable development. Therefore, this paper takes Xingping as the research object, analyzes the corporate culture of Xingping by using the theory of corporate culture and the related aspects of business operation, focusing on the exploration of the construction of corporate culture in Xingping. Firstly, the research background and significance of this paper are briefly introduced, and then the status quo of corporate culture of duoxingping company is analyzed, including corporate image logo, corporate culture concept and enterprise essence Shenhe's business development strategy explores the problems in the process of Xingping company's current corporate culture construction. Finally, the construction of Xingping company's corporate culture is faced with by optimizing corporate behavior culture, improving the fit between corporate culture and business strategy, innovating management mechanism, consolidating the construction of system culture, accelerating the change of employees' values, and enhancing the soft power of corporate culture The optimization strategy is proposed.
