郑州宇通新能源客车发展研究

随着经济快速发展，环境问题愈发变得严峻，为了进一步降低经济发展对现阶段环境造成的破坏，新动能汽车的发展就广为世界重视。作为我国十九大以来的八大战略新兴产业，新能源汽车产业从扶持政策到扶持力度都颁布了一系列可操作性流程，有效促进我国新动能汽车稳健发展。本文以宇通客车为案例，基于文献分析、实地考察、专家访谈等方法应用的基础上，分析宇通客车发展情况，并基于2014-2018年宇通客车财务状况、基本发展战略、发展现状分析的基础上，进一步展开现阶段宇通客车新动能汽车发展的优势及劣势分析，并分析现阶段宇通客车新动能汽车的存在的机遇与威胁，然后总结现阶段宇通客车新动能发展存在的问题，最终基于问题提出有效的完善策略，对于宇通客车新动能汽车的发展而言，可以提供一定的借鉴。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid economic development, environmental problems become more and more serious, in order to further reduce the economic development of the current stage of environmental damage, the development of new kinetic cars on the world attention. As one of the eight strategic emerging industries since the 19th National Congress of the CPC, the new energy automobile industry has promulgated a series of Operability from supporting policies to supporting dynamics, effectively promoting the steady development of the new energy automobile in China. Taking Yutong bus as an example, this paper analyzes the development of Yutong bus based on the application of literature analysis, on-the-spot investigation and expert interview, based on the analysis of the financial situation, the basic development strategy and the current development situation of Yutong bus from 2014 to 2018, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Yutong bus with new kinetic energy are further analyzed, at the same time, it analyzes the opportunities and threats of the existence of new kinetic energy vehicles of Yutong bus at the present stage, and then summarizes the problems existing in the development of new kinetic energy of Yutong bus at the present stage, and finally puts forward effective perfecting strategies based on the problems, it can be used for reference for the development of Yutong bus.
