摘要
企业组织结构是管理的框架,实现管理目标的载体。现如今,华为、阿里巴巴、腾讯、小米等大企业不断进行组织结构的调整和优化,直观表现了一家企业拥有合适的组织结构的重要性。针对这样的情况,本文试图围绕企业组织结构这一课题,在对国内外有关企业组织结构理论研究的认识基础上,着重以两面针公司为例来从实践探讨两面针公司组织结构存在的问题,从而更加有效地提出相对性的建议,为两面针公司组织结构调整和优化提供参考,也希望能引起相同困境的企业的思考,进而清除当前企业组织结构产生的障碍。通过研究,可看出两面针公司组织结构存在以下问题:高层管理人员压力大、现状组织结构无法适应企业战略、部门沟通以及协作不顺畅。由此,笔者针对存在的问题,结合两面针公司的具体运营情况,分析其产生原因,为两面针公司进行组织结构的优化,笔者提出了以下建议:妥善处理集权和分权的关系、合理整合资源和注重职能调整、开展信息化建设。

The organizational structure of an enterprise is the framework of management and the carrier of realizing the management objectives. Nowadays, Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, Xiaomi and other large enterprises are constantly adjusting and optimizing their organizational structure, which intuitively shows the importance of an enterprise having an appropriate organizational structure. In view of this situation, this paper attempts to focus on the topic of enterprise organizational structure, and on the basis of the understanding of the theoretical research on the organizational structure of domestic and foreign enterprises, focusing on the analysis of the problems existing in the organizational structure of the company from the perspective of practice, so as to put forward more effective suggestions and provide reference for the adjustment and optimization of the organizational structure of the company, It also hopes to cause the thinking of enterprises in the same predicament, so as to remove the obstacles caused by the current organizational structure of enterprises. Through the research, we can see the following problems in the organizational structure of LMZ: the high pressure of senior managers, the current organizational structure can not adapt to the enterprise strategy, and the communication and cooperation between departments are not smooth. Therefore, in view of the existing problems, combined with the specific operation situation of the company, the author analyzes the causes, and puts forward the following suggestions for the optimization of the organizational structure of the company: properly handle the relationship between centralization and decentralization, reasonably integrate resources and pay attention to function adjustment, and carry out information construction.
