摘要
在当今21世纪，伴随着网络信息化的飞速发展，企业管理信息化毫无疑问是一个必然的趋势，在某种层度的意义上来说，没有企业的信息化，就不会有企业的现代化。企业信息化对国内众多企业而言不仅是机遇，也是一个重大的挑战。信息化管理技术为档案管理的蓬勃发展提供了有效的技术支撑，从企业的档案管理工作方面来看，大大地降低了档案管理工作的难度，同时也突破了以往在档案管理中共享难的局限性，逐步实现档案信息资源共享。本文以广州南方电力集团电器公司的档案管理作为例子，通过分析信息化技术与档案管理的联系以及影响，从而发现信息化进程中对于档案管理人员岗位能力结构变化的问题，结合实际，分析管理信息化对档案岗位的深远影响和发展意义。

abstract
In the 21st century, with the rapid development of network information, enterprise management informatization is undoubtedly an inevitable trend. In a sense, without enterprise information, there will be no enterprise modernization. Enterprise informatization is not only an opportunity, but also a major challenge for many domestic enterprises. Information management technology provides effective technical support for the vigorous development of file management. From the perspective of enterprise file management, it greatly reduces the difficulty of file management, and also breaks through the limitation of sharing difficulties in file management in the past, and gradually realizes the sharing of archives information resources. This paper takes the archives management of Guangzhou southern electric power group electric appliance company as an example, through the analysis of the relationship and influence of information technology and file management, so as to find the problem of the change of post ability structure of file management personnel in the process of informatization. Combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the far-reaching influence and development significance of management informatization on archives posts.
