摘 要
随着经济的不断发展,在企业日常管理中,优秀的员工可以提高企业的核心竞争力,提高企业的核心价值。但是企业如何将员工的潜能发挥到最大化,激发积极性,成为当前企业管理的难题。通常情况下,一般的民营科技型企业的人数规模较小,同时企业的资金较弱,在其吸引员工以及保留方面存在较大的劣势,现在急需对员工进行有效的激励措施来提高竞争力,提高企业的凝聚力。
论文以捷赢(山东)科技公司的激励问题为研究对象,运用案例分析法和实地调研的方法对捷赢(山东)科技公司进行人力资源基本情况调查,发现捷赢(山东)科技公司存在着薪酬政策不完善,员工对于薪酬的公平性存在质疑,福利政策存在问题,激励制度不完全,认为捷赢(山东)科技公司应该从完善薪酬体系和激励制度下手。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the economy, in the daily management of enterprises, excellent employees can improve the core competitiveness and the core value of enterprises. However, how to maximize the potential of employees and stimulate their enthusiasm has become a difficult problem in enterprise management. In general, the number of private technology enterprises is small, while the capital of enterprises is weak, which has a big disadvantage in attracting and retaining employees. Now, it is urgent to take effective incentive measures to improve the competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises.
This paper takes the incentive problem of jieying (Shandong) science and technology company as the research object, uses case analysis method and field investigation method to investigate the basic situation of human resources of jieying (Shandong) science and technology company, and finds that the compensation policy of jieying (Shandong) science and technology company is imperfect, the employees question the fairness of compensation, the welfare policy is problematic, and the incentive system is endless All of them think that jieying (Shandong) technology company should start from improving the salary system and incentive system.
