摘 要

在我国,大多数大型企业的企业文化建设都不高,这主要是在我国的社会大环境下的手历史、社会现状和我国现在的发展水平的限制,在他们的企业里“宫本位”的色彩很浓厚,企业内部建设了一种用金钱来激励员工并且半行政强制的企业管理模式,这非常的不利于企业的文化自主创新,严重的甚至会制约企业的发展。根据研究得出,对于上市企业而言,管理层人员应当积极推动企业文化的发展,并能够结合现阶段企业的运营情况制定战略目标,建立与完善企业的组织结构,提升对企业文化的认知度。本文主通过上网查阅相关资料和书籍了解A公司文化,针对A公司的企业文化进行分析和研究,并提出相关的解决方案,希望能提高华为企业的文化对全球的影响力。通过华为企业文化的引导,更能推进国内许多企业的发展之路和作为它们借鉴之用。
