论农民工劳动权益保障问题

[摘  要]农民工群体日益受到社会各界的关注与重视。农民工群体是经济与社会双重因素造就的一个底层群体。随着中央对农民问题的重视，也为了响应依法治国的方针。目前我国法律法规及相关政策虽在一定程度上保障了该群体的权益，但仍然存在不少问题与不足。故现阶段对如何进一步保护农民工群体权益拟提出法律建议：构建立体化多层次的法律保护体系，并有针对性地制定倾斜保护政策；加强农民工群体与政府部门的互动，建立沟通渠道，使他们的利益要求能通过制度化的渠道来表达；建立农民工社会保障体系，将其权利保障纳入法制化轨道；探求切实可行的保护途径与方法。

[summary] Migrant workers groups increasingly the attention of social all circles and attention。Migrant workers are economic and social factors made an underclass。As central to the farmer problem take seriously, also in response to the policy of governing the country according to law。At present our country laws and regulations and related policies although to some extent, protect the rights and interests of this group，But there still exist many problems and shortcomings。It is at this stage that how to further protect the rights and interests of migrant workers groups proposed legal advice：The construction of three-dimensional multi-level legal protection system，And develop targeted to tilt protection policy；Strengthen migrant workers groups and government departments interaction，Establish communication channel，Make their interests through a system of channels to express；To establish the social security system of migrant workers，The rights protection into the legal track；Explore the feasible protection ways and methods。
