激励在企业管理中的运用

英文摘 要：Was driving and the negative drive took two kinds complement one another the drive type, they are strengthen the function from the different side to human's behavior.Was driving is the initiative drive, the negative drive is the passive drive, it is through carries on to human's wrong motive and the behavior constrains and stops, to urge it to comprehend at a glance, changes. Was driving with the negative drive all is necessary and effective, not only because these two way drive effect can the direct action in individual periphery, moreover can affect indirectly the individual and the community.Through the setting up positive example and the reverse side model, strengthens the body's natural resistance and removes harmful factors, forms one kind of good style, can have the invisible positive behavior standards, can cause the entire community the behavior guidance to be more positive, a richer vitality, finally causes the business management acme of perfection.
