浅议我国电子商务安全实现
[摘 要] 20世纪90年代以来，随着经济全球化、贸易自由化和信息现代化步伐的加快，由信息技术、商务技术和管理技术相结合而产生的现代生产力——电子商务正以其空前的生命力推动着部门经济、区域经济、国民经济和世界经济跃上一个新台阶。电子商务是一种全新的交易模式，所涉及到的法律问题非常之复杂，目前这些法律尚没有涉及到税收、知识产权保护、隐私权、网上支付、跨国交易管辖权等难度比较大的问题。但是随着国内近几年网络技术的发展，立法等的逐渐完善，电子商务这一新兴事物也正一步步走向大众，越来越得到更多人的普遍认可。

The electronic commerce is a kind of all new bargain mode, so the law problem for involving very its complications, these laws didn't involve revenue from tax, intelligent property right a protection up currently, the right of privacy, net pay up, multinational trade jurisdiction etc. difficulty than bigger problem. But along with the domestic technical development of the last few years network, lawmaking etc. of gradual perfect, electronic commerce this newly arisen thing also heads for the public just and step by step, getting more people more and more of widespread approbation.

电子商务（Electronic Commerce）是在Internet开放的网络环境下，基于浏览器/服务器应用方式，实现消费者的网上购物、商户之间的网上交易和在线电子支付的一种新型的商业运营模式。
Internet上的电子商务可以分为三个方面：信息服务、交易和支付。主要内容包括：电子商情广告；电子选购和交易、电子交易凭证的交换；电子支付与结算以及售后的网上服务等。电子商务这一新兴事物的崛起，势必对传统的商务及现存的法律提出了更为严峻的挑战。随着电子商务的欲演欲烈，其所带来的问题也一步步出露端倪。
事实证明了我国电子商务如果要安全实现就必须做好：电子商务安全问题，电子支付系统，国际、法律和道德问题。
